All goods include 12 months warranty unless otherwise specified.
Goods should be checked upon receipt as claims for damages/missing parts can not be accepted after 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Unwanted goods are subject to a 25% handling charge.
We can not accept unwanted stools if they have been assembled.
For returns, you must email us at returns@enpeefurniture.co.uk within 7 days of receipt for authorisation and the item should be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. Return requests received after this time frame will be rejected.
If your item has developed a fault within the warranty period, email us at returns@enpeefurniture.co.uk with your order number and nature of fault.
As our prices include free delivery, the cost of postage will be deducted off any returns, which is £15.00 (£20 for N.Ireland and Scottish Highlands)per box.
